"Extremely Annoying Experience"
This has been incredibly annoying. My package hasn’t shown up when it was supposed to. This is the second consecutive year this has occurred. It’s been three weeks already, and there’s still no update. The responses I’ve received feel like they’re just copied and pasted. All I want is my money back so I can purchase the collagen powder from another place.

"An Awesome Shopping Journey"
What a delightful experience! Always top-notch, thoroughly vetted items. Beautifully packaged and consistently on schedule. I ran into a problem with the pump on a primer. They handled it like pros.
The service is absolutely unmatched. Plus, it’s great to know that none of the products are tested on animals.

The level of service here is truly outstanding. I placed an order, and within an hour, it was on its way. The products are top-notch too. I've bought a bunch of different items, and I've never been let down. Just a heads up, you might find yourself hooked on some of these products once you give 'em a go. "Top-Notch Eyeliner"
In July, I picked up a dark blue Eye of Horus, Goddess eyeliner, and I gotta say, it’s the best I’ve ever tried. It sharpens nicely, unlike some pricier options out there. It holds up all day without smudging and stays put, and I’m still using it now. Just ordered two more this afternoon! I’ll grab the purple shade when it’s back in stock. I’ve tested a bunch of eyeliners over the years, including Chanel and Estée Lauder, but this one takes the cake!! Big thanks to Beauty and the boutique ❤️

"Awesome guide for fantastic outcomes."
I’m not the best with makeup, but I figured I’d try out the products from the 'natural facelift' guide. They appeared super natural, to the extent that I wasn’t sure if I had used enough. But I must’ve done something right because my partner mentioned at the end of the evening that he thought I looked gorgeous and quite youthful (without me saying a word!). Plus, when I was chatting with a stranger, she was stunned to find out I’m almost 50 and said I looked like I was 35! I’ll take that as a win…thanks Katie & team x

Got my items fast and they were packed really well. I reached out to customer support because I suspected one of the products was defective, and they swapped it out right away. Truly excellent service, and the stuff I purchased is beautiful. I’ll surely be shopping with them again. 👍🏻

Awesome business! They really know how to interact with customers, offering solid advice and help. There's a fantastic selection of products, and the website is super user-friendly. When I encountered a faulty item, their support was unbeatable. They even shipped the replacement for free the next day since I was heading off on vacation. It was a real joy to work with them. "Top-notch support from the team"
I made a purchase and then, later on, figured out I had picked the wrong item. I shot them an email to see if I could cancel, expecting them to say it was too late. To my surprise, I got a response saying if I told them what I actually wanted, they would make the switch. The next morning, I received an email confirming they had taken care of it and refunded the difference. Truly, their customer service is fantastic. I really appreciate this company; they consistently go the extra mile and genuinely seem to care about their customers! Thanks a bunch! 😊

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Beauty and the Boutique. They provided personal suggestions, and the tips, tricks, and tutorial videos are super useful. The packaging is carefully designed, and those little extras are a nice bonus.
I saw another review mentioning delivery times to NL. The delay is really due to the local postal service here.

"Excited to shop here again!"
I’m really looking forward to grabbing more items from this shop. The products match the descriptions perfectly. I’m really into the I-Studio 10 Lift Longwear Liner; it’s the only one I’ve found that’s gentle enough not to pull on my eyelids and stays smooth even after I sharpen it. The vintage Rose Lipstick has also been getting me a lot of compliments.
Katie’s tutorials are super easy to follow, and ever since I started using her recommendations, my friends have noticed how great I look!
I’ll definitely be back for more.

"Huge shoutout!!"
Incredible, top-notch, fantastic… just not enough praise to capture what this company is all about! The products are unmatched, but it’s the service and genuine care that really makes this place stand out. Their saying of 'no issue too big or too little' is spot on. I’m really grateful for their free shipping all over the globe. They recently assisted me with a Customs Tax ‘situation.’ I’m blown away by their kindness and empathy. "Great items, but shipping needs work..."
The products are top-notch and the customer support is fantastic, but the shipping is a real pain if you're outside the UK (like in The Netherlands). Brexit has definitely made things tougher, sadly. My orders take ages to show up. It'd be awesome if there was a courier option available. I'd happily shell out a bit more to get my stuff in under two weeks...

I’m really happy I found Beauty and the Boutique on Facebook. I checked out their videos for a bit before finally deciding to buy. I got the Code VLM mascara, Veil Complexion Fix, and Daniel Sadler’s Watercolour blush in passion. Wow! I feel so much more vibrant and attractive!! My husband thinks I look great too! "Absolutely Amazing!!!"
Hey everyone!! I've dropped a ton of cash over the years on foundations, concealers, and blush—don't even get me started on that, I quit using it. My confidence took a hit after menopause, but then I found BATB. What a total game changer!! Katie's tutorials make everything about makeup and how to apply it so easy!! I've ordered four items so far and I'm eyeing some other stuff too. Kudos to Katie and the crew.
